Lemon pepper chicken

Recipe.

1. wash chicken pieces( bone or boneless) thoroughly.
2. In a pan take some oil fry curry leaves and dry red chilli, ginger garlic paste and onion(cut long), some garlic finely chopped
3. Once golden brown, add the chicken pieces, add pepper( as per spice level), salt and turmeric 
4. Add 1/2 cup water and close and keep for 15 mins in medium heat
5. Add lemon juice 2 tspn , coriander

" Mango vermicelli Twister"
A  Thai inspired sweet with a twist of Mango, vermicelli, coconut along with crispy crunchy roasted peanuts and sesame seeds with perfectly balanced seasoning.🤗 Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 2 people
Preparation: immediate

Ingredients:
1. Rice vermicelli 50g.
2. Coconut milk 200 ml.
3. Powdered sugar 3 tbsp.
4. Roasted crushed peanuts 2 tbsp.
5. Roasted whole peanuts 2 tbsp.
6. Roasted sesame seeds 4 tbsp.
7. 1 ripe mango pureed.
8. 1 ripe mango peeled & cut in to small pieces.
9. Salt & pepper.
10. 2 nos coconut shell halves.

Process:
1. Boil rice vermicelli, strain & cool.
2. Warm up coconut milk in microwave, add  3 tbsp powdered sugar, preboiled rice vermicelli, mix well. Keep in the fridge to chill.
3. Once chilled add 2 tbsp mango puree, 2 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds, roasted crushed peanuts, 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt - mix well.
4. Take half shell of coconut, apply mango puree inside of shell & rim all over generously. Dip it in roasted sesame seeds to form a sesame seed rim around coconut shell.
5. Fill up shell with prepared vermicelli with 1 tbsp, sprinkle 1 tbsp mango pieces. Repeat the same till top.
6. Garnish half with mango pieces, line it with whole roasted peanuts lining. Sprinkle little black pepper powder and salt.

It is so delicious.

Ingredients:
(at room temperature)
1/2〜3/4cup-sugar
3-eggs
3/4cup-butter
1cup-ricotta cheese
1/2cup-yogurt
1tsp-salt
1 1/2cup-all purpose flour
2tsp-baking powder
1 large-lemon(juice and zest)

Frosting:
(at room temperature)
1cup-soften cream cheese 
1/2cup-plain yogurt 
1/2-fresh squeezed lemon
1/2cup〜1cup-powdered sugar 
Just mix the ingredients in the order listed.  Squeeze one lemon and zest the lemon finely into mixture.
Bake for 35〜45 minutes at 170C/340F.
Frost the top of your cooled cake and decorate with fresh fruits.

The best to use room temperature ingredients.
When you add sugar and eggs, be sure to add air and whisk well. This gives it a volume, soft and fluffy texture✨✨

Пирог с одуванчиком и ревенем. Dandelion and rhubarb cake

На неделе экспериментировала с выпечкой с одуванчиком и показывала в сторис. Я осталась очень довольна. Как всегда, рецепт пирога #безглютена. Я пробовала два варианта этого пирога, с сахаром и #кето версию с сахарозаменителем. Лепестки в этом пироге дают влажность тесту и одновременно наполняют как мука. Вам понадобится:
- Две чашки лепестков одуванчика
- 60 г миндальной муки
- 70 г мягкого сливочного масла
- 2 яйца
- Щепотка соли
- 50 г сахара/или 70 г эритритола - Ревень
Я пекла в форме 20 см. Духовка 160 градусов. Смешайте сахар/заменитель, лепестки одуванчика и яйца и оставьте на 40 минут. Затем добавьте масло, соль и муку. Выложите тесто в форму, сверху положите нарезанный полосками ревень. Посыпьте сахаром. 
Выпекать 25-30 минут.

I was experimenting with the dandelion and this time I am really happy with what came out. The dandelion petals in this case take the role of the fruits and keep humidity of though. I was trying out two versions of this cake, one with sugar and the #keto version with sweetener. You will need:
- ca 2 cups of dandelion petals
- 60 g of almond flour - 70 g butter, soft - 2 eggs - pinch of salt
- 50 g sugar and some to add on top/ 70 g of erythritol - Rhubarb 
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix sugar/sweetener with the petals and eggs and leave it for at least 40 minutes. Add soft butter, salt and flour, mix well to a dough. Put it in a springform pan (I was using 20 cm) and add the slices of rhubarb. Ad some sugar on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Вам понадобится: - Две чашки лепестков одуванчика - 60 г миндальной муки - 70 г мягкого сливочного масла - 2 яйца - Щепотка соли - 50 г сахара/или 70 г эритритола - Ревень Я пекла в форме 20 см. Духовка 160 градусов. Смешайте сахар/заменитель, лепестки одуванчика и яйца и оставьте на 40 минут. Затем добавьте масло, соль и муку. The dandelion petals in this case take the role of the fruits and keep humidity of though. I was trying out two versions of this cake, one with sugar and the #keto version with sweetener. You will need: - ca 2 cups of dandelion petals - 60 g of almond flour - 70 g butter, soft - 2 eggs - pinch of salt - 50 g sugar and some to add on top/ 70 g of erythritol - Rhubarb Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Found these @ceresorganics organic vegan fritter mix and superfood balls and now officially obsessed. Teriyaki chicken 😍 I’ve made teriyaki chicken quite a few times and I haven’t been satisfied with the results that much! It’s either too dry or too salty. But after a few tries I think I finally found the perfect recipe - this was neither dry or salty and really quick to make!

For 500g of chicken:

On medium heat cook the chicken cubes in some olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until it becomes golden brown.

Mix together:
1/4 cup soy sauce I used free from soy sauce @coconutsecretofficial 
1/4 cup water
2-3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp packed light brown sugar
1-2 tsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar 
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp ginger paste or fresh ginger 
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tsp cornstarch

Once the chicken is cooked pour the sauce in and let the sauce cook and simmer until thickened.

Stir until the sauce has thickened and has a ‘sticky’ texture, cover with a lid for about a minute on low heat then mix once more

Optional: add some sesame seeds and chopped spring onions on top 😋 -sesame oil isn’t a must
- you can replace the brown sugar with more honey
-more water makes it less salty :) .

- 3/4 taza de miel
- 1 taza de mantequilla de mani
En esta receta utilice 3 tazas y media de avena la otra media la reemplace con nueces y con linaza molida.

Coloca la avena, las nueces, la linaza en un tazón. Usa una taza para la miel y otra para la mantequilla de maní, colócalas en el horno microondas por 2 minutos luego incluye esto en el tazón y revuelve.

Ten lista una bandeja con dos hojas de papel para hornear (papel encerado/wax paper), coloca la mezcla sobre uno de los papeles, coloca el otro encima, y deja que tus hijas 💛💜 aplanen la mezcla, 🛑 tengan cuidado se pueden comer la mitad en el proceso 🤦‍♀️. Cuando la mezcla este de más o menos un centímetro, parte cada porción en el tamaño que quieras… lleva a la nevera por una hora.

Siempre mantengo estas barritas refrigeradas, se vuelven más refrescantes 🙂… pero no lo necesitan!. Me cuentan si también se les desaparece mitad de la mezcla 🤣🤣🤣. .

⁣Mobile phone⁣
⁣Meat thermometer⁣

Pizza with an almond flour crust, home made tomato sauce and vegan mozzarella 🌱. I try to limit eating white flour based products and swap it with more nutrient rich products. White flour is stripped of nutrients, vitamines and fiber. On top of that your blood sugar levels will spike. Still, I like eating pizza once in a while 😊. I had never tried almond flour so gave it a shot. The pizza turned out great, very filling but delicious 😋.

Ingredients 1 large pizza
* 215 gram almond flour
* 15 gram coconut flour
* 3 vegan eggs
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 2 tbs olive oil
* Italian herbs 🌿
* Salt

Method
- Mix the wet ingredients
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix till you can form a ball
- Rol the ball in a pizza shape between two sheets of baking paper
- Bake the crust in the oven on 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes still slightly golden
- Add tomato paste, toppings and put in the oven for another 20 minutes ✨

ALMOND FLOUR CRUST PIZZA 🍕. . Pizza with an almond flour crust, home made tomato sauce and vegan mozzarella 🌱. I try to limit eating white flour based products and swap it with more nutrient rich products. White flour is stripped of nutrients, vitamines and fiber. On top of that your blood sugar levels will spike. Still, I like eating pizza once in a while 😊. I had never tried almond flour so gave it a shot. The pizza turned out great, very filling but delicious 😋. . Ingredients 1 large pizza * 215 gram almond flour * 15 gram coconut flour * 3 vegan eggs * 1 tsp baking powder * 2 tbs olive oil * Italian herbs 🌿 * Salt . Happy Sunday!!! It’s the weekend, nowhere to go and nothing to do, but to soak up the sunshine ☀️. Well, actually, there is probably a thousand things I could be doing right now, but I don’t want to think about it 🙈☺️Sometimes just need to let yourself have a lazy day and relax 😎.
What is your least favourite chore? Funnily enough one of my least favourite things to do is cooking 😜. I love baking, creating new recipes and putting a lot of thought and time into a special meal, but trying to come up with healthy meals for three children who like different things every day is rather exhausting 😓. I’m super excited as tonight we are having a takeaway from a local pub and their food is absolutely delicious! Woop woop! 🙌 🤤 
I have done one thing today though.. I have been craving something nutty and chocolatey, so made these little yummy bliss balls with cocoa, dates, hazelnuts and cashews. Super easy and very nutritious! A perfect little snack half way though the day or an after dinner treat.. 🥰

𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐚 𝐁𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬
1/2 cup (75g) roasted roasted hazelnuts + handful for the centres
1/2 cup (75g) cashews
1/2 cup (75g) pitted dates
3 tbsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
1 tbsp melted sugar-free chocolate 
Optional: pinch of salt
If using hazelnuts with skins, first roast them for about 10 minutes, let them cool and remove the skins by rubbing hazelnuts in your palms. Soak your dates for 5-10 minutes in boiling water, drain and save a few tbsp of date water. Blitz all the ingredients until the mixture comes together. Add some date water if necessary one tablespoon at a time. I added 1 tbsp. This makes the mixture really soft and sticky. Shape into balls with a hazelnut inside and drizzle some melted chocolate on top. Store in the fridge in air right container.

Tens sobras de carne? Hoje sobrou um bocadinho de costeleta do almoço, então para não desperdiçar fiz estes 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞 🥩🥟
Ingredientes: 1 embalagem de massa folhada retangular, sobras de bifes/costeletas, 1 cebola, 1 chávena de chá de mozarela ralada, 1 pimento vermelho dos pequenos, 2 folhas de louro e 1 dente de alho, 1 gema de ovo.

Preparação:
☑ Refogar, em azeite, a cebola e o alho picados com as folhas de louro. Juntar o pimento e deixar cozinhar.
☑ Cortar os bifes em tiras pequenas e fininhas e juntar ao preparado anterior e envolver tudo.
☑ Cortar a massa folhada em retângulos pequenos e colocar um pouco de mozarela apenas num dos lados do retângulo (deixar um lado vazio para depois fechar).
☑ Por cima da mozarela, colocar o preparado com a carne e fechar os folhados com a ajuda de um garfo. Pincelar os folhados, com a gema de ovo, e colocá-los num tabuleiro de forno forrado com papel vegetal.
☑ Levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 180º, até que a massa folhada fique crocante (≈25 minutos).

Homemade Chinese Pork BBQ or Char Siu for lunch.  This was a labor of love because the pork was marinated overnight in a sweet homemade BBQ sauce and then roasted in the morning. The char siu was perfectly juicy and tender with the right sweetness and stickiness that it is known for. This is perhaps my best char siu to date 😋😋😋 I can honestly say that is as good or even better than Kau Kau BBQ in Seattle.😊

Peppermint tart! I had a tin of Caramel Treat and it was begging to be used. So I thought the best idea is to make a tasty treat with minimal effort.

Ingredients
1 packet of Tennis Buscuits 
1 tin of Caramel Treat 
250ml fresh cream
1 slab of peppermint chocolate. Grated. (I prefer using the Cadbury Bubbly slab as I found it creates less of a mess when grating)

Method
🔳Add a layer of tennis buscuits to a suitable dish.
🔳In a separate bowl mix the Caramel Treat until smooth.
🔳In another bowl whip the cream until you find the consistency a bit thick. (Lots of recipes say not to overhwhip the cream, but don't say when to stop as clear as I would like. So I stop when the cream is a bit thick.
🔳Then add some of the grated chocolate and caramel into the cream and fold in until it is all combined well.
🔳Top off with the remainder of the grated chocolate.
🔳Let it set in the fridge for about 4 hours or preferably over night.

Confession...Tonight I let mine set only for and hour and a half before digging in, because we were really feeling for a treat and couldn't resist any longer🤣. Still tasted great though

Serving 2 meals with 474 cals each in under 45 mins. A great way to make dinner but have the other half for lunch the next day.

Time - 45 mins

6 ingredients could not be easier.
• 4 chicken thighs - skinless - boneless
• 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 600 grams new potatoes
• large handful cherry tomatoes
• massive handful of spinach or alternative greens
• 1 tbsp of Cajun spices (quality store bought or homemade)

Method.
1. Heat oven to 200c
2. Mix the spices with chicken.
3. Add the oil to tray and add the potatoes.
4. Roast for 20 minutes then remove.
5. Add the chicken thighs. Put tray back in oven cook for 10 minutes.
6. Remove tray then add the tomatoes. Put tray back in oven for 10 more minutes.
7. Remove tray then allow ingredients to cool on plates.
8. Turn oven off. Then add the spinach to tray put in oven and allow to wilt with residue heat for 1-2 minutes.
9. Serve up and enjoy.

For the fish sauce : On a pan, add 1-2 tspns Olive oil, add finely chopped garlic cloves (5-6), roast them well for 2-3 minutes or until browned on a low flame. Then add the leftover marinade and half glass of water, bring it to a boil on a medium flame. Add 2 tspns Oyster Sauce, 1 tspn soy sauce, cook until the mixture is thick & saucy🥣, if required add salt & spices🌶

First time tried to make some nachos and it won’t be the last 😋
Best snack i’ve ever made 
Comment what you want me to do next 😊⬇️ • Ingredients:
- Doritos (i used the nachos kind)
- Ground Beef - Cheese (cheddar or white or both)
- Red & Green pepper - Olive oil - Toppings: (i put tomatoes and lettuce, you can put anything you like)
 Tomatoes
 Lettuce
Jalapeño  Olives
Corn
- Spices (for the beef)
-> Salt
-> oregano -> garlic powder -> onion powder
-> cumin
-> chili powder -> pinch of cayenne -> black pepper • Method
In a pan put some olive oil then add the meat, spices, red & green peppers. Put the nachos in a dish and add a first layer of cheese, add the beef mixture then some more cheese and top it with your toppings.

Άχνη για το πασπαλισμα
Ταψάκι 22 ή 24 εκατοστών

Χτυπάμε τη μαργαρίνη με τη ζάχαρη
Προσθέτουμε ένα ένα τα αυγά, το ξύσμα και στο τέλος το αλεύρι
Βάζουμε το μείγμα σε ταψάκι βουτυρωμένο και αλευρωμενο
Βάζουμε τις φράουλες σε όλη την επιφάνεια της ζύμης ολόκληρες ή κομμένες στη μέση

👩🏼‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳Receta Express!➡️ con vídeo 
Ingredientes:
✅ ajo 🧄
✅ 1 zanahoria 🥕
✅ 1/2 pimiento

✅ 1 lata tomate troceado 🥫
✅ pimentón ✅ azafrán ✅ caldo de verduras

Elaboración:
🟡 En una paella con un poco de aove echamos un diente de ajo picado.
🟡 Cuando comience a dorarse añadimos las verduras y las dejamos pocharse.
🟡 Echamos el pimentón y antes de que se queme el tomate. Dejamos reducir.
🟡 Añadimos el azafrán diluido en un poco de caldo, y todo el caldo.
🟡 Cuando empiece a hervir incorporamos el arroz. Lo cocemos 16 min (8 fuego fuerte y 8 a fuego suave)

Brandada de Bacalao
.
250 gr. de Bacalao desalado 
100 gr. de Aceite Virgen Extra 
2 dientes de ajo 30 gr de nata
Pimienta / Sal
Ponemos a calentar el aceite a fuego muy suave (sin que hierva), añadimos los ajos picados, y cuando estén blandos (no dejar que se doren), añadimos las migas de bacalao y dejamos 2 minutos, removiendo. Dejamos templar, añadimos la pimienta y trituramos, hasta dejar una crema espesa y homogénea. Si nos queda muy espesa, le vamos añadiendo leche o nata hasta obtener la textura deseada. Rectificamos de sal, si es necesario. .
Manzana especiada a la sidra
300 gr. de Manzanas
50 gr. de Sidra
Zumo de 1/2 limón
100 gr. de azúcar moreno
1 c/c de especias: canela, clavo molido, jengibre  y anís estrellado
Pelar las manzanas y trocearlas.
Ponemos en un cazo todos los ingredientes.
Removemos bien y cocemos a fuego medio durante 40 min. (aprox), removiendo de vez en cuando.
Cuando obtengamos la textura deseada, la retiramos del fuego.

Brandada de Bacalao . 250 gr. de Bacalao desalado 100 gr. de Aceite Virgen Extra 2 dientes de ajo 30 gr de nata Pimienta / Sal Ponemos a calentar el aceite a fuego muy suave (sin que hierva), añadimos los ajos picados, y cuando estén blandos (no dejar que se doren), añadimos las migas de bacalao y dejamos 2 minutos, removiendo. Dejamos templar, añadimos la pimienta y trituramos, hasta dejar una crema espesa y homogénea. Si nos queda muy espesa, le vamos añadiendo leche o nata hasta obtener la textura deseada. Rectificamos de sal, si es necesario. . Manzana especiada a la sidra 300 gr. de Manzanas 50 gr. de Sidra Zumo de 1/2 limón 100 gr. de azúcar moreno 1 c/c de especias: canela, clavo molido, jengibre  y anís estrellado Pelar las manzanas y trocearlas. Ponemos en un cazo todos los ingredientes. Removemos bien y cocemos a fuego medio durante 40 min. (aprox), removiendo de vez en cuando. Cuando obtengamos la textura deseada, la retiramos del fuego.
TIRAMISÙ ALLE FRAGOLE 🍓
Senza uova crude, con crema pasticcera, mascarpone e composta di fragole 🍓
 Dolce al cucchiaio fresco e goloso

 servono:
6/8 biscottoni savoiardi sardi🔸️ 500 g di crema pasticcera (trovate la ricetta della crema pasticcera nella foto della crostata di frutta di qualche giorno fa)🔹️
500g di mascarpone 🔸️ 3 cucchiai di zucchero a velo 🔹️
🔸️Per la composta  di 🍓 servono 400 g di fragole +2 cucchiai di zucchero semolato,  scorza di limone, 1 bicchierino di limoncello 🔹️
🔸️Per decorare; fragole e biscotti...🔹️
🔹️esecuzione:🔸️
In una ciotola lavorare il mascarpone con lo zucchero a velo fino a renderlo cremoso, aggiungere la crema pasticcera intiepidita e mescolare bene finché le due creme non si sono amalgamate bene... Preparare la composta di fragole; in una padella mettere le fragole lavate e tagliate a pezzettini insieme allo zucchero, la scorza del limone e il limoncello  far cuocere per pochi minuti, il tempo giusto che le fragole portino fuori tutto il loro succo ,togliere dal fuoco e filtrare tutto il succo delle fragole con un colino servirà insieme al resto delle fragole per inzuppare i biscotti ... in ogni ciotolina mettere a strati, biscotto inzuppato con il succo delle fragole e composta di fragole e abbondante crema 
Decorare con briciole di biscotti e fragole fresche 🍓🍓
Far riposa in frigo per un paio d'ore 🔸️🔹️ :
