Today I wanted to explore cookies. They are easy to make and it’s wonderful to see how much joy a simple, down to earth cookie can bring.

This recipe is quiet versatile. You can leave it in the freezer. And whenever he wants one. I just shape it bake fresh for him. It hardly takes 15 min to bake and freshly homemade cookie is ready. As fresh as it can get. These are my husband’s fav ones too. He loves to pick one up and carry it onto go  work with him. .

Banana Almond Choco Smoothie!⠀

👉Ingredients:⠀
• (Per large glass- 300 ml)⠀
• Milk- 250 ml (1 full glass)⠀
• Almonds- 4 to 6 (powdered or crushed lightly)⠀
• Banana- 1 large or 2 small⠀
• Cocoa powder- 1 tablespoon or Boost/ bournvita⠀
• Honey- 1 tablespoon (can be 1 1/2 tbsp). Chocolate sprinkles- 1/2 tsp⠀
👉Method:⠀
First, add 1/2 a cup of milk, almond powder, the banana, cocoa powder, and honey in a blender or mixie jar.⠀
Whisk this till the banana is fully whipped.⠀
(*You can add in a pinch of instant coffee powder for a twist in taste if you like.)⠀
Now add in the rest of the milk and whip till smooth.⠀
Serve chilled, topped with chocolate sprinkles or shaves.⠀

Lobster with Garlic Creamy Sauce

Bahan:
1 kg Lobster air tawar
150-200 ml Cooking cream
6 buah Cabai rawit yang diiris halus
Garam secukupnya
Merica secukupnya
6 siung Bawang putih, cincang halus
50 gram Butter (atau margarine)
2 sdm Italian Herbs
Olive oil secukupnya 
Langkah :
1. Cuci bersih lobster air tawar. Belah dua memanjang dari bagian kelapa hingga ekor. Didihkan air dan masukkan lobster ke dalam air mendidih selama kurang lebih 2 menit atau hingga cangkang lobster berubah warna. Angkat dan tiriskan. Lumuri daging lobster dan cangkang dengan garam, merica, olive oil dan Italian Herbs. Sisihkan.

2. Panaskan butter, masukkan bawang putih. Masukkan potongan cabai rawit. Masukkan lobster yang telah dibumbui. Tunggu hingga lobster berubah warna. Tambahkan cooking cream dan aduk hingga lobster matang.

12 oz. angel hair⠀
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil⠀
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts⠀
Kosher salt⠀
Freshly ground black pepper⠀
6 slices bacon, chopped⠀
2 cloves garlic, minced⠀
1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth⠀
1 pt. creamy Caesar dressing⠀
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan⠀
2 tbsp. Juice of 1 lemon⠀
1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley⠀
⠀
DIRECTIONS⠀
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook angel hair until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup pasta water.⠀
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper then add to skillet. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through, 8 minutes per side. Let rest 10 minutes, then slice into strips. Wipe skillet clean.⠀
Return skillet to medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Drain on a paper towel—lined plate. Reserve about two tablespoons of bacon fat in skillet. ⠀
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Pour in broth to deglaze pan. Stir in Caesar dressing and bring mixture to a low simmer. Add angel hair, Parmesan, lemon juice, and parsley and toss until combined. (If sauce is too thick, gradually add pasta water, about 1⁄4 cup at a time until you reach your desired consistency.) ⠀

Yesterday me and my mother were having an intense conversation on the quality of commercial bread available in our local shops. The quality is crappy. There is no flavour what so ever and it is full of chemicals. I remember watching this video of @laura.wolfgang (on @epicurious ; check it out, very inspiring) way back in 2017 when she said "how a simple 3-4 ingredient bread recipe has gone to something that was between 30-40 ingredients!" and that makes sense. Homemade bread is so much healthier and better than the store bought "bread" any day. Since then, I have made bread a lot of times. Though never sourdough. Well, I sure will.

Who doesn't like butter chicken. ?  This one is there on the menue in Every restaurant and my by Default order. i may or may not order anything else , but this one for sure.! .
How i cook is different from the one mentioned on SHAAN MASALA PACK. .

PREPARATION
Marinate chicken in G&G paste , red chilles , coriander, garam masala, lemon juice , oil , salt , white pepper.
cook , shred (or you can keep bite size pieces i prefer shredded) and keep aside. 
SMOKE (dhungar) the chicken. .
THE GRAVY 
Boil two tomatoes till soft. remove the skin and seeds 
fry two onions ( if small) or one onion ( if big ) Till golden brown
put the above items in the grinder along with tomato sauce , green chillies , cream
***SWIPE TO SEE*** .

in a pan add butter cumin ( zeera) and put the mixture. saute for sometime and add SHAAN BUTTER CHICKEN MASALA , salt . kasuri meethi ( dry fenugreek )
let the masala get cooked for sometime , keep stirring 
add chicken and let it cook on low medium heat till butter from the sides leave. .
SMOKE THE DISH ONCE AGAIN.
GARNISH WITH CREAM AND CORIANDER.

makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp avocado oil, olive oil
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 large corn on the cob.

Instructions:
In a large bowl combine the shrimp with garlic, oil sea salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Add shrimp and cook, for about 2 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, brush avocado and corn with a tiny bit of oil. Add it to the grill and cook flipping once, until charred, only 1-2 minutes for the avocado and about 10 minutes for the corn; season with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Once cooked, and slightly cooled, cut the corn from the cob. Divide the cooked rice between 2 bowls. Add lime juice, salt, pepper and cilantro. Mix to combine. Top each bowl equally with shrimp, avocado, corn and tomatoes.

I get asked sometimes... if you’re vegan, why do you like stuff that tastes like meat or cheese???

The main answer is… most of us didn’t grow up as vegan, we grew up eating animals without having made the connection (which is understandable because it was the norm’) and truthfully - it tasted good. It hit the tastebuds with that fatty, salty texture and taste.
~
But, once I realized that the animal on the plate simply didn’t deserve to be there (which was a realization that took a long time and repetitive convincing), there was no way I’d eat an animal again.
~
So…having replicas that have those ‘meaty’ flavours doesn’t really remind me of eating an animal, it reminds me of the nostalgic meals and tastes.
~
Now we all have the option to have that familiar taste, without harming any animals, all while using vastly less resources from the environment!! How fricken COOL is that????
~
Plus, for the non-vegans out there and those that are a far-reach from even thinking about switching to a plant-based lifestyle, it’s getting easier by the day to at least have an option that will satisfy those expectations of familiar taste and texture.
~
The more convenient these options become, the better our future will be.
It's completely necessary that sometime soon (already  happening) that we'll talk about and eat meat and dairy the same way we do now, but it just won’t be coming from an animal.
~
The human pop’ will be 9.8billion by 2050. This means  that we’ll need to produce MORE FOOD in the next 50 years than we have in the last 10000... with animal agriculture bing the leading cause of greenhouse gases, vegan alternatives will need to taste AS GOOD or BETTER THAN the animal versions, plus be just as  convenient as grabbing it from your usual food stops 🙌It may not be as healthy as a homemade bean burger (which I love), but I don’t see bean burgers changing the world anytime soon. And soon is what we need.
🐮See it as an option for those times you want to replicate those nostalgic feels.

It hit the tastebuds with that fatty, salty texture and taste. ~ But, once I realized that the animal on the plate simply didn’t deserve to be there (which was a realization that took a long time and repetitive convincing), there was no way I’d eat an animal again. ~ So…having replicas that have those ‘meaty’ flavours doesn’t really remind me of eating an animal, it reminds me of the nostalgic meals and tastes. ~ Now we all have the option to have that familiar taste, without harming any animals, all while using vastly less resources from the environment!! How fricken COOL is that???? ~ Plus, for the non-vegans out there and those that are a far-reach from even thinking about switching to a plant-based lifestyle, it’s getting easier by the day to at least have an option that will satisfy those expectations of familiar taste and texture. ~ The more convenient these options become, the better our future will be. It's completely necessary that sometime soon (already happening) that we'll talk about and eat meat and dairy the same way we do now, but it just won’t be coming from an animal. ~ The human pop’ will be 9.8billion by 2050. This means that we’ll need to produce MORE FOOD in the next 50 years than we have in the last 10000... with animal agriculture bing the leading cause of greenhouse gases, vegan alternatives will need to taste AS GOOD or BETTER THAN the animal versions, plus be just as convenient as grabbing it from your usual food stops 🙌It may not be as healthy as a homemade bean burger (which I love), but I don’t see bean burgers changing the world anytime soon. And soon is what we need. 🐮See it as an option for those times you want to replicate those nostalgic feels.

Hey... I don’t know how to make lasagna but I definitely did something with these zucchini planks here! For dinner I layered zucchini planks, leftover turkey meat sauce, Italian chicken sausage, mozzarella, Parmesan, and topped it off with some panko crumbs, basil, parley, crushed red pepper and garlic powder. Baked for 15 at 400 degrees F (could’ve baked longer). I will definitely be coming this again 🤤👌🏽. •

Resep :
250 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
1/2 sendok teh garam
30 gram margarin
50 ml air
1 butir telur
500 ml minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat:
1.  Aduk bahan kulit asal tercampur rata.
2.  Giling pada gilingan mi. Dimulai dari gilingan no. 1 paling tebal, 2-3 kali sampai licin, kecilkan gilingan.
3.  Giling kembali 2-3 kali sampai licin.
4.  Lakukan penggilingan dengan cara yang sama sampai ketebalan no 7. Plong dengan diameter 9 cm.

This Creamy Bacon & Cheese Sauce MADE the meal! I cooked chicken breast in the crockpot all day and then whipped up a quick sauce to take it over the top! It reminds me of an Alfredo sauce only better. We all ended up adding it to our noods by the end of the meal. BEST PART IS- you can make this in under 10 minutes. So here’s what I did: I cooked 3 pieces of chopped bacon in a sauté pan. Once cooked I drained out the grease (doesn’t have to be completely gone but get the majority) next add one cup of milk and one block of cream cheese. Melt cream cheese completely over medium/medium-low heat (stirring regularly.) Next season with my favorite ever #traderjoes #umamiseasoning and some salt and pepper if desired. Season to taste. Bahan Biang:
100 gram tepung terigu protein sedang 
125 ml air 
1 bungkus ragi instan

Bahan:
300 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa 
1/2 sendok teh kunyit bubuk 
15 lembar daun jeruk, sobek-sobek
2 batang serai, memarkan
2 lembar daun pandan 
2 sendok teh garam 
300 gram gula pasir 
225 gram tepung sagu tani 
25 gram tepung ketan 
7 butir telur

Cara Membuat:  1. Panaskan cetakan carabikang sambil diisi kelapa parut. Sesekali aduk supaya tidak hangus.
2. Biang, aduk rata tepung terigu, ragi instan, dan air. Diamkan 30 menit.
3. Bahan, rebus santan, kunyit bubuk, daun jeruk, serai, daun pandan, garam dan gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Saring. Ukur 457 ml. Sisihkan.
4. Aduk tepung sagu tani, tepung ketan dan biang sampai rata. Tambahkan telur satu persatu sambil dikocok pelan.
5. Tambahkan rebusan santan hangat sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok perlahan dengan mikser. Diamkan 2 jam.
6. Tuang ke dalam cetakan carabikang. Biarkan sampai berlubang-lubang. Tutup. Biarkan sampai matang.

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sift cocoa powder into a medium deep mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Whisk to combine until smooth. Add the coconut milk on top and whisk to combine until smooth.
2. Pour the chia seeds on top of the mixture and either blend with a whisk or immersion blender. The immersion blender will create a smoother texture. 
3. Cover and refrigerate until the mixture thickens, and becomes pudding like, at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
4. Enjoy with fresh coconut whip cream and berries, if desired.

Bahan:
250 gram daging kambing
1 lembar daun salam
3 cm jahe, memarkan
650 ml air
500 gram mie basah besar diseduh air panas
6 butir bawang merah iris tipis
3 siung bawang putih, diiris tipis
1 buah tomat dipotong-potong
50 gram tauge
100 gram kol, iris
3 sendok makan kecap manis
1/2 sendok makan garam
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
250 ml kaldu sapi
1/2 sendok teh cuka
1 batang daun bawang, dipotong 1 cm
2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
.
Bumbu Halus:
7 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabai hijau besar, dibuang bijinya
2 cm kunyit, dibakar
1 butir kapulaga
1/4 sendok teh jintan
1/4 sendok teh merica
.
Bahan Acar:
1 buah ketimun, dibuang bijinya, dipotong-potong
1/4 sendok teh garam
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1/2 sendok teh cuka
Bahan Pelengkap:
100 gram emping goreng
Bawang goreng
.
Cara Membuat:  1. Rebus daging kambing, daun salam, jahe dan air sampai matang. Buang airnya. Potong-potong sisihkan.
2. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan bumbu halus sampai harum. Tambahkan daging kambing. Aduk rata
3. Masukan tomat, taoge dan kol. Aduk sampai layu. Tuang kaldu. Aduk hingga mendidih.
4. Tambahkan mi, kecap manis, garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Menjelang diangkat, masukkan cuka dan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
6. Sajikan mi aceh bersama acar ketimun dan emping goreng. .

Resep :
Bahan:
2 buah kuning telur
1 buah putih telur 
400 ml kaldu ikan
200 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
1/2 sendok teh garam
1 sendok makan minyak untuk mengoles
.
Bahan Isi (aduk Rata): 150 gram cumi kupas, rebus, potong kotak 1 cm
25 gram kol, iris tipis
25 gram daun bawang, iris halus
1 cm jahe, cincang halus
1/4 sendok teh garam
.
Pelengkap:
100 gram saus takoyaki
100 gram mayones
5 gram katsuo
.
Cara Membuat Takoyaki:
1.	Kocok lepas telur. Tambahkan kaldu sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
2.	Tuang ke atas campuran tepung terigu, baking powder, dan garam sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk rata.
3.	Panaskan cetakan poffertjes. Oleskan  minyak. 
4.	Tuang adonan ke dalam cetakan hingga penuh. Biarkan hingga bagian bawah dan pinggir takoyaki berkulit.
5.	Tusuk dengan tusuk sate. Balik setengah bagian. Tambahkan isi.
6.	Tuang adonan lagi.
7.	Bolak-balik sampai membentuk bola dan matang. 
8.	Sajikan takoyaki bersama pelengkap.

•Beans (preferably low sodium)
•Chunky salsa
•Frozen corn
•Tortilla chips
•Lettuce
•Shredded cheese
•Light sour cream (optional)
•Cilantro (optional) •Sauté Bell pepper and onion until tender, add beans, salsa, and corn and simmer until hot •Serve over lettuce and add crushed tortilla chips, cheese, and optional toppings! •Feel free to customize and substitute ingredients! Pizza 🍕😝(Salen 6)

Ingredientes:
•1 kilo de harina común (o la que tengan)
•1 cucharadita de azúcar •1 cucharadita de sal
•1 cucharadita de aceite •1 cubo de levadura fresca •1/2 taza de agua
•Salmuera(agua con sal) 
Procedimiento: •Cargamos con agua 1/2 taza de agua y mezclamos la levadura (en trocitos), 1 cucharadita de azúcar y 1 cucharadita de harina. Dejamos levar 5 minutos.
•Por otro lado, ponemos el kilo de harina y le hacemos una forma de corona en el centro y ahí le tiramos la mezcla del paso anterior. Y lo mezclamos,a eso, le agregamos la cucharadita de aceite y después la cucharadita de sal, y lo mezclamos.
•Hacemos la salmuera: Jarrón de agua tibia con 8 gr de sal.
•Le vamos agregando a la masa la salmuera, amasamos, hasta que se forme la masa sin que se les pegue en las manos y en la mesada. La dejamos reposar 40 minutos(tapada con el repasados o lo que tengan).
•Dividimos la masa en partes, empezamos a amasar y lo ponemos en la essn o el horno (en mi caso la essn) a fuego medio.
•Ponemos aceite y colocamos la masa en la fuente hasta que se cocine y la damos vuelta para empezar a preparar la pizza. Y listo a disfrutar estás pizzas riquísimas.

This one is for all you people who like to eat healthy but still want FLAVOR! (Definitely share this post with your @ww friends and save for the next time you want to make a healthy bold flavored lunch). I love my Ginger Fruit Chicken Salad but I had been eating it for lunches for 4 straight weeks! I knew I needed a different chicken salad and thought what else do I like with chicken- FAJITAS!!! So I created this ultra flavorful, super healthy Fajita Chicken Salad!

ᖴᗩᒍITᗩ ᑕᕼIᑕKEᑎ ᔕᗩᒪᗩᗪ
1.5 lbs chicken breast (cooked and shredded - I love the TJ already cooked) 
2 red peppers chopped
2 green peppers chopped
1 onion chopped
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp @HellmannsMayonnaise low fat mayo
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp chili powder (or less if you don’t want too spicy)
1/2 tbsp paprika 
1/2 tbsp salt (+ more)
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
Pinch cayenne (to you taste liking)
1/4 lime juiced 
2-3 tbsp pico de gallo (or salsa)

Mix cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne in a mini bowl. 
Sauté onion in non stick spray for 2/3 min then add peppers. Throughout you’ll need to continue to spray and salt. Sauté for about 5 min then add 1 heaping tsp of the mixed spices and sauté till onions are soft yet peppers still have some crisp to them- just under 10 min. Let cool. Mix the rest of the spices with the Greek yogurt and mayo in a smaller bowl. In large bowl mix shredded chicken, cooled veggies, pico de gallo, and start with 3/4 the spiced yogurt/mayo mixture. Add more of the yogurt/mayo mixture till it’s the creaminess you desire. I usually make with 1 lb chicken (for a heavier veg consistency) and only use 3/4 the yogurt/mayo mixture. 🥣Makes 4-5 large (abt 2 cup) servings at 0(ZERO)pts! If you use a different mayo, points may change.

Hey everybody OMG so glad to be home from work and I was trying to find something to cook. Realizing that I have some black rice left in the fridge I am making this quick and easy recipe I came up with and y'all 😉 it's so good no I am not #vegan  but I m not a big meat eater either...but if your vegan or #vegetarian this would be a good #easyrecipe to try anyhoo with the rice all ready done it only takes about 25- 30 minutes to cook.

“Easy Chia Pudding:
2 heaping tbsp (30g) chia seeds
1 cup (240 ml) almond milk
2 tsp (10 ml)  maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
fresh fruits of choice, for topping (I used berries)

1. In a bowl combine chia seeds and almond milk. Whisk together with a fork, then wait a couple minutes and whisk again (this will stop the chia seeds from clumping). Add maple syrup and whisk again to combine.
2. Cover and transfer to fridge. Allow chia seeds to absorb liquid mixture for at least 10 minutes, or until thick pudding consistency. (I like to keep mine covered in the fridge overnight). When ready to eat remove from fridge, top with your favourite fruits and enjoy.

Since corn is so hot rn, I wanted to do something different than the norm. As the saying goes, “third time’s a charm” right? This is the third time I’ve taken pictures of this recipe. It’s never a problem with the recipe, it’s the pictures that are real stinkers. Admittedly, the first one is garbage, but the second one is okay but flawed. This one I think I got this time. It’s a little girlier than I’m used to, but hey who doesn’t love pink, and on Wednesdays, we wear pink.

In a nutshell, thanks @foodtographyschool for making me realize my early photos were doo doo bombs, and doo-ing something about it.

2 (8 1/2-ounce) packages corn muffin mix, 2 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed or fresh, 3 garlic cloves, minced, 2/3 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes (from an 8-ounce jar)
2/3 cup buttermilk, 2/3 cup sour cream, 2 large eggs, 2 tbsp chopped basil, pink of cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 2 muffin tins. In a large bowl combine the muffin mix, corn, garlic, pepper, basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine. In a small bowl whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, and eggs until well blended. Add the wet mixture to the muffin mix. Stir to combine. Spoon the mix into the muffin tins, filling up the cups about halfway. Bake until golden brown on top, about 15-20 minutes.

🍐 Tarteleta de pera y canela 🍐
Receta dulce perfecta para comer tibia en estas tardes frías de invierno ♡

Ingredientes:
•1 pera madura
•1 cda canela
•2 cdas azúcar mascabo
•2 cdas margarina
•1 cdta esencia de vainilla
•5 cdas de harina 0000

Procedimiento:
Para formar la masa en un bowl mezclar el harina, la esencia y la margarina. Debe quedar una masa lisa que no se pega a las manos, si es necesario agregar un poco más de harina. Colocar en un molde y cocinar por 7 minutos.
Por otro lado cortar la pera, mezclar con el azúcar y la canela y dejar reposar 20 minutos. 
Una vez reposado el relleno y pasados los 7 minutos de la pre cocción de la masa, colocar el relleno en el molde y cocinar por 15 minutos a temperatura media. Y listo! 🍴
Dejar enfriar un poco y a disfrutar!🍽 Puede  acompañarlo con una bocha de helado!

SATE LILIT UDANG

Pasti jadi incaran di meja makan, resep sate lilit udang ini pas jadi menu makan malam hari ini. Tampilannya yang menggoda, pasti bikin selera makan keluarga meningkat tajam. Penasaran dengan rasanya? Yuk, buat!

Resep :
Bahan :
150 gram udang kupas, haluskan
100 gram ikan kakap fillet, haluskan
100 gram kelapa parut kasar
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
16 batang serai untuk tusuknya
Bumbu halus :
3 buah cabai merah
3 siung bawang putih
6 butir bawang merah
1 cm jahe
3 butir kemiri, sangrai
1/2 sendok teh ketumbar, sangrai
1 sendok teh terasi, bakar
1 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
.
Cara membuat :
1.  Aduk rata udang, ikan, dan kelapa parut.
2.  Masukkan bumbu halus. Aduk rata.
3.  Ambil sedikit campuran udang. Lilitkan ke batang serai sambil dipadatkan.
4.  Panggang sambil dibolak-balik sampai matang dan harum.

Grilled Panzanella Beef Kabobs

Ingredients
1 pound beef tri-tip steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 red bell pepper, cubed
1 zucchini, sliced
1/2 red onion, chopped
16 small fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
3 thick slices rosemary peasant-style bread, cubed
8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh basil, cut into strips

Preparation
1.Preheat a charcoal grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
2.Thread beef, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, zucchini, onion, mozzarella, and bread onto skewers, placing cheese and bread close together towards the ends.
3.Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl and drizzle over kabobs.
4.Grill kabobs, turning frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender and beef is firm and hot in the center, about 10 minutes.
5.Sprinkle fresh basil on top of the kabobs.

Rumchata! I think is time to make it again, now  to celebrate the 4th of July and watch the fireworks. 😉👌🏼Como que se antoja una Rumchata, para celebrar el 4h de Julio. 
You can see the process on my highlights.  Rumchata ( 4 SERVINGS)
1/2 cup white rice
2 cups of water
1/3 condensed milk
1/4 stick cinnamon
A touch of Vainilla Molina
1/2 cup Rum
2 cups ice cubes
a dash of powder cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place rice, water, milk, cinnamon stick, Vanilla Molina in your blender.
Process until you have a fine texture.
Add the Rum & ice cubes, then process again for a few seconds.
Serve and top with a pinch of ground cinnamon.

HORCHATA CON RON - "RONCHATA"
1/2 Taza de arroz blanco
2 tazas de agua
1/3 de taza de leche condensada
1/4 de una  varita de canela
Un chorrito de Vainilla Molina
1/2 taza de Ron
2 tazas de cubos de hielo
una pizca de canela molida
INSTRUCCIONES
Coloca el arroz, agua, leche condensada, canela, y la Vanilla Molina en la licuadora. 
Muele hasta que este muy fino todo.
Agrega el Ron y los hielos a la licuadora. Muele muy bien.
