Dragon Whips its tale is another flowing form of 8 Trigram Qigong. It circulates, energizes and fills 3 Dan Tians, our 3 main energy centers. It works great for people with lower back pain, spinal and shoulder issues; and helps develop intuition, improves brain health, helps create a supple spine and gently massages internal organs.
You can learn this and 3 other powerful Qigong forms during our Intensive Introduction to Qigong this weekend. Tomorrow, November 20 is the last day to register. You can reserve your spot online at http://www.changeworksad.com/index.php/services/list/workshop-wednesdays/5-element-qigong-intensive or send us an email at email@example.com
As a kid growing up, I’ve known him as Lay Siu-Lung, you may know him as the legendary Bruce Lee. Hong Kong’s super star, hero, master martial artists, and creator of Jeet Kune Do (The Way of the Intercepting Fist). I grew up watching his movies Fist of Fury, The Way of The Dragon, and my favorite of all time, the classic Enter the Dragon. Lee has inspired and motivated me as young as the age of five, where I’ve trained under the art of Buk Sing Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu with Si-Fu Shane Lacey. I’ve practiced the art of Kung Fu based off Bruce Lee’s teachings for over eight years, and now I’ve transitioned to mixed martial arts. Thank You Master Lee for showing me the love and appreciation for martial arts. “Become like water my friend.” #hongkong#brucelee#bruce#lee#jeetkunedo#kungfu#martialarts#wingchun#enterthedragon#wayofthedragon#gameofdeath#dragonseekspath#dragonwhipsitstail#belikewater#boardsdonthitback
