I feel like 2020 is reeeaaally driving the point home that you just never know what life’s gonna hit you with. 🎢
A few years ago, if my routine had been thrown off THIS much (like not being able to get to the gym…. Not having access to the foods and supplements I wanted…) my physical and emotional health would have spiraled down into some dark places. My mindset was ALL about STRICT adherence to a PERFECT routine.
Over time, thanks to a badass fitness community willing to walk alongside me, I learned something that has changed EVERYTHING for me:
Nothing outside of my OWN DANG MINDSET has the power to keep me from my goals.
AND? Everyone “messes up” and goes off the rails sometimes! (yep, they miss a workout, go eat and drink, and pay for it later!) But are they throwing everything out the window for it?
No. It’s not an excuse to quit- they just get back into the routine.
Now THAT is freedom. 🔥
Consistency = my game changer.
