Experience the classic Negroni cocktail in a whole new way. At Fiola, our smoky and herbaceous twist is served tableside so that guests can be front and center to the performative aspects of cocktail making. Our cocktail is mixed with porcini-infused Mancino amaranto vermouth, wild fennel-infused Bombay sapphire, and licorice- and red oak bark-infused Martini riserva bitter. Topping it off is a spray of citrus essential oil with a porcini on the side that has been infused in the Mancino vermouth. Cassia bark is smoked for an added aroma to ensure the first sip is a hearty one.
