Reflect on the week, and go into Monday refocused on how you’re going to continue to reach your goals.
Ive mentioned it before but I write down notes at the end of every week. EVERY week, and I make sure i’m accountable too it. Sit down for 10 minutes, think about things that have gone well, things that haven’t and address the things that haven’t gone to plan!
It’s important to stay on track of your goals, and it’s important to improve where necessary! 😊
