A mi me encanta preparar bastante pudín de chia y guardarlo en la nevera para varios días, el les dura perfecto hasta 5 días en la nevera y así tenemos una opción de snack rápida y saludable. ✌️

Ingredientes
• 1/2 taza de chia
• 2 tazas de leche ( yo usé de coco)
• Goticas de esencia de vainilla
• revuelven muy bien y dejan reposando unos 10 min antes de meterlo a la nevera
• vuelven y revuelven y ahí si a la nevera!

BE THANKFUL & EAT THEM!! 🤩 Gisteren poste ik een berichtje over mijn muntthee met een citroentje erin. Niet alleen omdat ik gek ben op citroen, maar omdat het zo gezond is! Vroeger deden we wel eens een spelletje, als je had verloren moest je een citroen opeten 🙈🥵. Hoe zuur ook; ik vond het heerlijk 😃. Wat voordelen op een rij:
🍋Het zijn vitamine-C bommetjes

🍋Het zit VOL met calcium! 🍋Het helpt slijm op te lossen (bijv. bij griep, bronchitis)
🍋 Citroenen zijn ook geweldige schoonmakers van de lever, nieren, milt, schildklier en galblaas
🍋 Begin je dag met een glas met uitgeperste citroen! 
Citroenen hebben nog veel meer voordelen voor je gezondheid, bijvoorbeeld bij acne of migraine. Ik kan niet meer zonder! 😍

⚡OAT PROTEIN PANCAKE⚡
Have a sweet tooth? Craving Pancakes? 
Ingredients 
30g @quakeroatsuk Oats 
20g @manilife_ Peanut Butter 
1 egg 
1 @optimumnutrition Scoop Whey Protein (I used Vanilla Ice Cream) 
1 banana
30g @morrisons Frozen Blueberries ----------------------------------------------------
Method: 
Blend the oats, proteinpowder, 1/2 banana, egg and 10g Peanut Butter in the  @nutribullet 
Heat the pan on a medium heat- 2 sprays of 1 cal oil. 
Using egg rings- pour the mixture into the pan, to create small round pancakes. If you haven't got egg rings then you can just make 2 large pancakes. 
Once one side of the pancake has been cooked, you can either flip it or put it in the over for a couple of minutes at 180 degrees. 
In another pan,  heat the frozen blueberries to turn it into a jam (Jam recipe was published a couple of days ago) for the topping. 
Once pancakes are done- serve with the jam and add the other 10g of PB. I chose to have mango and  the other 1/2 of the banana on the side🍇🍌🍽

Today is Full Body Friday- obviously. But instead of Full Body HIIT I decided to do Full Body lifting!! I really loved this workout and it went by so fast! 🙌🏻 If you’re in need a workout for today or any other day- this is one for the BOOKMARK!! Protein Pancakes with strawberry chia compote 🍓🥞 I've had some requests for recipes so today I will share this one below 👇🏽

Pancakes:
•3/4 Cup oat flour
•2 Scoops protein powder @LeanFitBrand
•1 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp cinnamon
•Pinch salt
•1 Egg
•1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce
•1 tsp pure vanilla extract
•3/4 cup ++ Almond milk

Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add all wet ingredients (starting with 3/4 cup milk) and whisk together adding more almond milk as needed until you get thick batter like consistency.  Fry in preheated pan. Yield 12 Pancakes.
🍓Strawberry chia compote🍓
2 Cups Strawberries (I used frozen)
2 Tbsp VitaFiber syrup @VitaFiberCanada
1 Tbsp chia seeds

Place strawberries in saucepan and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes adding VitaFiber syrup about half way through. Remove from heat, stir in chia seeds and let rest for 5-10 minutes until thick.  Top pancakes.

I am actually living off of plant-based taco variations this spring/summer. They are so tasty, loaded with nutrients, satiating, and relatively quick to make.

Cherry overnight oats are a delicious way to enjoy breakfast in the summertime! 🌞

Recipe yields : 1
Preparation time: 10 min

📝Ingredients:

. -1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats.
-1/3 cup milk of choice ( i used fat free milk @taanayellesfermes )
-1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt ( i mixed 2 tbsp laban and 2 tbsp labneh @taanayellesfermes )
-1 tsp honey
- 2-3 Tbsp chopped fresh cherries (about 3-4 cherries)
- Pumkin seeds, or walnuts for topping .

1.Add all of the ingredients to a small jar . Carefully mix together until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

*Toppings can be added the night before or immediately before serving.
