Affirmations can really improve your life, if you practice saying them. So for example, say an affirmation once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once before you go to sleep.
Believe me- affirmations may seem awkward or weird, but they have tons of benefits!
Some of the benefits include that it can motivate us, improve our quality of life, decrease stress, decrease rumination, and help combat depression/anxiety.
