My philosophy for health is simple - active ideas 🏃♀️ eating smart 🥗 🧁 and relax 📺
Active ideas - I try to train 3 times a week with short, intense sessions, and then keep myself active on other days - lots of little things like taking the dog. Don't get me wrong though, there's always a time for Netflix!
Eating smart - I don't cut anything out (blueberry cheesecake is my ultimate fave), but I just try and be sensible, eat everything in moderation and control my portion sizes.
And finally, rest. It's so important to rest your body as much as you work it, so that you give it time to recover. So, this week I'm watching Big Little Lies!
