Foggy.. is how I would describe a lot of periods of my life.. not only today.. Foggy.. is how I would describe my thoughts from while to an other.. Foggy.. is how I would describe my feelings from a heartbreak to an other.. Foggy.. is how I would describe the road from one adventure to an other.. The funny fact is, long time ago, I thought this may vanish by growing up.. however, it doesn't seem to be true.. instead, it seems an ingredient of the journey.. growing up lead me to think that this is even an ingredient of everyone's journey.. who ever this person is, whatever his statue or position.. the only thing that makes a difference is how everyone of us choose to embody the Foggy realty.. Some will keep worrying, crying, complaining about it, running away from it and hiding in the worm house, and some will choose to go thought it to discover what is behind it, without worrying about that is actually behind it, rather, they enjoy the journey of discovery. Once reached it, the excitement is gone.. I used to be that person who always cry abt it .. I said "I used", this does not mean that I defiantly stopped crying.. but I am working on the upgrade.. it is not easy.. to change a 27 year old habit.. but neither impossible.. #nighttalk#nightthoughts#fog#Braunschweig#Brunswick#journey#life#reflection#questions#quote#personality#growingup#growingupagirl#upgrade
How do things get from the outside of your cell to the inside of your cell? One of the more fascinating ways is through clathrin dependent endocytosis, which is basically a physical pulling of things outside of the cell to the inside of the cell using #geometry. The three pronged triskelion shaped clathrin (in white) is given a signal a target hormone, protein, iron, lipid proteins is on the outer side of the cell. They begin to come together with the help of some other proteins in a self assembling dance, and in doing so, push against the membrane while being bound to each other. The membrane of the cell is pulled inwards along with the target protein(invagination). Eventually the protein that was outside of the cell is now inside of the cell in a little packaged ball called a vesicle made from the membrane itself. The release by the triskelion cage is no less amazing!⠀

Are you someone who doesn’t stay consistent with their workout routine?
Here are a few tips that helped me to get more consistency and that helped me to see more results.
1. Plan and Schedule Your Workouts
Scheduling workouts on the same day every week will help with consistency. By creating a repeating schedule that you know works for you you minimize the chances to missing a workout.
2. Be Purposeful
Each and every workout should have a purpose. Putting in unnecessary volume increases your risk of injury and overtraining. Instead, focus on the workouts you need to do and consider the quality, not quantity, of each session. In doing so, you free up time to do everything else that you need to do rather than create unnecessary conflicts.
3. Follow Your Plan as Best as you Can
For most of us who do not make our living as professional athletes, the reality is that we may not be able get in 100 percent of our workouts each week. A good target is to complete 75 to 85 percent of your planned workouts in a given week.
4. If You are Short on Time, Do a Shorter Workout
This may seem obvious, but I’ve been guilty of skipping long workouts altogether rather than doing a quick one. Rather than feeling down about not getting the full workout in, be positive about having done some workout rather than nothing.
I hope that helps
People ask me how do I handle the scrutiny of being a woman in a political contest. Today a local called Tabitha asked me to have a chat with her daughters about being a candidate. She wants Teddie & Clea to feel that they can try anything. She is a wonderful role model to her daughters as she combines managing community partnerships & parenting. I was happy to be a small story in their feminist narrative. #thenextone#brunswick ps thanks Emilio from @luxfoundry for minding my bike 🚴 helmet & making a beautiful caffe latte ☕️
