Honest Italian food with gorgeous fresh ingredients... does it get any better?
Here in Florence, the culinary options are plentiful. We have been soaking up every moment of the eating experience by trying new and flavour filled dishes representing different parts of the country. Last night we enjoyed an incredible gluten free spaghetti dish with garlic oil, prawn and porcini mushroom (a dish typical of the coastal region), all washed down with a glass of local Chianti. It was heaven!
What a joy it is to eat food that has been proudly prepared with passion and devotion. I basically have a culinary crush on the entire country 🇮🇹
