Squats.... I’m back to training legs twice a week. One day of heavy lifting and the other focused on volume. Today was a high volume leg session where i did 100reps on a Barbell back squat as quick as possible. I used 100 KG and completed it in just over 24 minutes. Pump was fo’ real fo’ real.... Have a go with whatever weight you deem a challenge but can complete 100 reps on! Rests are when you deem necessary. REMEMBER YOU AGAINST THE CLOCK BBBBB ⏲⏰

STOP LOOKING FOR THAT QUICK FIX

This is by far one of the BIGGEST problems out there especially in the fitness industry, looking for that quick fix on either gaining muscle OR 99% of the time dropping fat.

Due to the amount of ‘fat loss supplements AKA BULLSH*T SHAKES’ these days that are becoming more and more popular by the day it’s becoming so much more of a challenge to help people understand they are a lot of rubbish due to the fact their favourite TV idol is now posting on their Instagram saying they use it so automatically it’s being bought into.

A weight loss phase is a process. It’s not going to happen over night unfortunately, it’s going to take a good level of consistent effort. Effort put in daily whilst ticking every single box that needs to be ticked.

ROUTINE. WORK HARD. STAY CONSISTENT. The three best pieces of advice I can give. I guarantee you if you do these three over a period of time, you WILL succeed. If you really want to reach that goal, that physique, whatever it is, be willing to do the work it requires daily.

Ganz oft habe ich das Gefühl, dass man nur dann glücklich ist, wenn man „mehr“ oder „etwas besseres“ hat bzw. kann als die anderen. Dass wir nur dann glücklich sein können, wenn wir anderen überlegen sind. Versteht mich bitte nicht falsch, es gibt sicher ganz, ganz viele da draußen, die anders sind, aber dennoch weiß ich, dass das, was ich annehme, kein Ding der Unmöglichkeit ist.

Mach‘ dein Glück nicht von anderen Menschen oder äußeren Umständen abhängig. Wenn du mit dir selber nicht im Reinen bist, dann wirst du immer unzufrieden sein. Ich selbst spreche da aus Erfahrung. Früher oder später wird man aber sicher enttäuscht werden, da die Unzufriedenheit wachsen wird.

DU musst mit DEINEM Leben glücklich sein. Egal was die anderen haben oder tun. Gib Neid, Missgunst und Eifersucht keinen Platz, sie vergiften dich nur selbst und helfen dir kein Stück voran!

🌶️Standing Cable Rotational Lift (4x10): GO SLOW‼️ This is not a move for speed. Go slow to engage every muscle of the back/abs/shoulders/biceps/triceps. It's a fluid motion, rotate your back WHILE pulling the cable up.⁠⠀

🌶️Side to Side Lat Pushdown (4x8 each side): Targeting one side at a time gives an opportunity to see the deficiencies between sides. Important for even growth!💪🏼⁠⠀
⁠⠀
🌶️Cable Tricep Push Down (4x12): Be in control of the movement and move only from the elbow down. Don't let the arms swing. ⁠⠀
⁠⠀
🌶️Single Arm Lat Pull Downs w/ Hold (4x8 each side): While one arm is performing the Lat Pull Down the other is holding at the lowest spot of the move. This tension builds the Lat's stronger as it confuses the muscle and tires it out quicker.⁠⠀

🌶️Seated Single Arm Cable Row w/ Hold (4x8 each arm): Similar to the last one. One arm performs the full action while the other arm holds are the final spot. Feel and enjoy the burn 😎⁠⠀

Die einzelnen Nahrungsfette unterscheiden sich durch die Kettenlänge und Sättigung. Es gibt kurz-, mittel-, und langkettige Fettsäuren sowie gesättigte, einfach ungesättigte und mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäuren (die einzigen essentiellen Fette sind mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren, weil unser Körper sie nicht selbst synthetisieren kann. Das sind zum Beispiel Linol- sowie Linolensäuren. 5-10g sollte man täglich zu sich nehmen. Die stecken in Haferflocken, Nüsse, pflanzliche Öle etc. - nur so nebenbei 🤷🏽‍♀️) Ca.
30% der insgesamt aufgenommen Gesamtkalorien sollten aus Fetten bestehen.

This is a seated cable rope pull down variation I use to Train @tiffie_marie. The movement has a full back concentration when used as a superset in 2 movements as part of a single set. The first movement being for the lower back and mid back and the second being for the upper back, trap, and rear shoulder. These movements are used to create a “V” symmetry in the upper body and incorporates total upper body and core engagements. 🦍

Equipment Needed: Cable pulley machine

Level: Beginner

The cable pulldown exercise uses a weighted cable system to target the back, arms, and abdominal muscles. It is a compound, multi-joint movement that builds strength and requires your body to engage the core and abs for balance while performing it. The cable machine allows you to choose the appropriate weight for your fitness level. Use this exercise as part of an upper body strengthening workout.

Benefits
The latissimus dorsi muscle, which runs the length of your back, is the primary target of the cable pulldown. Developing this large back muscle can give a desired look to the torso as well as building strength. The synergistic muscles involved are the pecs of the chest, the triceps, deltoids, rhomboids, and levator scapulae. The muscles that work to stabilize the move are the triceps, pectoralis major, wrist flexors, and the abdominal muscles: rectus abdominis and obliques. The compound motion is one used in daily life for tasks as simple as drawing the blinds. Learning to engage your abs when pulling will help you develop core stability. ;

3 sets 10-12 reps with a 2 count pause at the bottom 
Hack squats
3 sets 12 reps. Go down and do a half rep up go back down and do a full rep. That's 1 rep.

Leg presses FST 7 
7 sets of 12 - 15 reps with 30 secs of rest in between sets! 
Standing calf raises 
3 sets of 12 - 15 reps. Last set do 2 drop sets of 12 - 15 reps. 
Leg press calf raises ( dropsets ) ( not pictured )
3 sets of 12 - 15 reps. First do 12 - 15 reps then hold the stretch for a 10 count. Drop the weight and do again 12 - 15 reps. On the last set after al the drop sets end with a 20 sec stretch hold.
