Enjoy preparing my favourite healthy fruit parfuit. This time round I did more layers of Vanilla bliss Zen Fuze mixed with organic instant rolled oats and low fat probiotic natural yoghurt. Fruits were red apple (under covered in the lower layers🍎😂), grapes🍇, red pomelo, lots of blueberries, baked walnuts and baked almonds! Chill it and is a great quick meal or dessert! 😋😋😋
Dessert can be tasty and healthy too!!
