⚡️What is the NuFACE Mini?
A facial toning device which uses microcurrent technology to sculpt facial contours, smooth fine lines, and tighten loose skin. Has a strength of 335 microamps which penetrates epidermis, dermis, and muscle. ⚡️What is the NuFACE Fix?
A targeted skin firming, smoothening, and tightening device to target fine lines and loose skin. Has a strength of 200 microamps which penetrates the epidermis. ⚡️How does microcurrent technology work?
Microcurrents stimulate ATP production which in turn triggers collagen and elastin synthesis. Collagen and elastin keep skin’s structure firm and tight. The microcurrents also energise facial muscles and help to tone and sculpt them - like a workout for the face. ⚡️Can you see results?
With the Mini I see subtle results immediately. But it’s the kind of difference you only see in your own face because you know it so well. With long term use the results are more significant. The Fix, for me, is more preventative - aside from the lip plumping (instant!). ⚡️Does it hurt?
No. If you experience a subtle tingling sensation, apply more gel. ⚡️ How often should I use the devices?
I use mine everyday, but aim for at least 3-4 days a week to see and maintain results. ⚡️At what point in my routine should I use them?
After cleansing works best for me. I apply the gel to dry skin and remove it with a toner afterwards. You can leave it on but I prefer to stick to my regular routine. ⚡️Do you need to use the NuFACE Gel Primer?
Yes and no. If you want to get the best results and play it safe, then stick with it. However, there’s a lot of debate about alternative options. I’ve tried with other products that have a similar gel texture and I see the same results, but haven’t used either for long enough to offer a fair comparison. Most importantly, avoid oil-based products as oil blocks the microcurrent.
