This is the only "work out" I've done last week.
I wasn't feeling like going to the gym. I wasn't feeling like going for a walk
And I wasn't feeling like doing any kind of exercise.
#resting is as important as #exercising.
We need to be kind with our body,🌻 and sometimes push too hard goes against our goal.
Yoga or stretching is a good way to awake muscles even when you're feeling in lack of energy.
My holiday was a bit grey and rained☔ 5days on 7... &on top of that,I ve been sick on the weekend, but I feel much better now, full recharged.
