Monday is always leg day for me. This is the workout @tracy_bfitbody & I did this week. Bridge position dead stop hip thrusts are no joke. (That’s Tracy in the video!) We have seen huge improvements in our glute and leg conditioning doing variations of hips thrusts twice a week and including all different rep schemes. Sometime 6 or 8 heavy. Sometimes 30+ reps at a lighter weight. I seriously loved this workout. (Not all exercises are shown)
3 rounds each superset.
•Banded hip thrusts 10r~3 sec hold/Banded seated abductions 50 reps •B stance RDLs 10r each/Deadstop bridge hip thrusts 30r •Deficit reverse lunge drop set 10r weighted then 20r body weight/ Lying hamstring curls drop set 12r/12r •Bulgarian split squats 10r/
