I took 4 days off from working out and cardio core probably wasn't the best choice for starting back up but I feel so accomplished now.
I wanted to stop 4 times throughout this workout... But I didn't. I modified where I needed to and pushed when I could. "if you want something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done!" This sh!t is hard AF.. Even for the super trainer. There was no way I would have been able to do this workout a year ago but because of my consistency, I am able to keep pushing and do hard things!
