Let me be honest real quick 👋🏼
This is an every day thing for me, every morning when I wake up, within the first 20mins of my day I am excited to take my vitamins and nutrition! When I do take my system – they give me literal life🤞🏼all natural energy, mood support, weight and appetite management✨✨
The only days I really don't take my 3 steps is if I know I need rest that day and really not feeling well and need to sleep💤 cause I can't sleep if I've got that natural energy you know
Anyway yesterday was one of those days for me, not feeling well and just resting most of the day.
Let me tell you the cravings I have when I don't take my nutritional system! Honestly something that I've always struggled with is overeating, completely overeating until I'm stuffed and I can barely drink anything or fit anything else into my stomach, is the food good? Yes. Do I absolutely regret it a few mins in? Absolutely.
So last night around midnight, this was me. I didn't take my nutrition like I needed to for my body and I was craving food when I wasn't hungry 😫 So what did I do? I made curly fries with cheese and avacado, and fry sauce🥺 it was good but I wasn't feeling good after!
When I don't take my system – I overeat, I have cravings, and I'm so tired!
Let me tell you → also if I'm eating way little and I take my system, this will make my body naturally crave the food that my body needs!
