was a no-no in my diet. But I strictly instructed to eat lots of fruits and veggies.

🔅Exercise: Very important to take advice from your doctor. Different body needs different #exercise
. Other mom might need gym or little walk. You might be advised to do #yoga🧘♂️
Sometimes exercise isn’t even the best option. Your doctor may prefer you do light activities and focus instead on resting.

is usually not advised after 7th month. Airlines even don’t take pregnant women until any emergency.
I travelled max 100 km in my 7th month after my doctors approval.🚘
Why you are not allowed? - it is stressful and more to pregnant moms.
🔅Labour pain/contractions: Get physically and mentally ready talking about it to your doctor. Finalizing which hospital to choose. If you start having pains, what are the do’s/don’t. What to do if water bag breaks. It will ease you in that difficult period.

Don’t compare your pregnancy with other people. Every pregnancy and its symptoms differ from mom to mom.
everytime you feel uncomfortable. It will increase your worries. Instead, ask your doctor if she sees complications, based on your history, that you should be aware of.
