Whether it’s a call, Zoom meeting or (hopefully one day) an in person meeting, being on time is one of the most foundational elements of success as a junior person at work. “She’s always late” is such low hanging fruit for managers to pluck when it comes to their junior team members 🙄. Don’t give it to them. Being on time is a great way to show you’re invested in your work ✅ you care about the content of the meeting ✅ and that you’re mastering time management ✅
