The gingko leaves are so pretty, especially in their autumn yellow colors. I saw them in real for the first time when we visited Hokkaido, Japan. And the result? A book full of pressed gingko leaves! 😅 And when, once in a year or two, I open the fat book, forgetting all about the leaves it holds, they catch my attention again by slipping and falling down all over our floor and flooding me with memories of our visit. This pattern is inspired by those gingko leaves and I experimented the Eskimo Laced Edging Stitch (yes, that's right) over it. It was perfect to create the veins on the leaves! I am pretty happy with the result. What do you think?
