𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲: Autograph by Marks & Spencer’s
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁: The purpose of an aftershave is similar to that of a skin toner. Post shaving there can be minor cuts in the skin and some may even see redness in skin, this is soothed by the aftershave. Most aftershaves have a high level of alcohol which closes the pores and disinfects those minor cuts on the skin. Even though it is not mandatory to use an aftershave, it is often recommended and a necessity for those who have sensitive skin.
I started using Autograph nearly a year back and the reason why I think it’s one of the best aftershaves is because unlike other aftershaves it does not sting when applied. A lot of aftershaves are so strong that it becomes difficult to withstand the smell if they’re used in excess. However that isn’t the case with Autograph. It is an aftershave balm which helps moisturise and soothe the skin. It’s got a fresh fragrance apt for any occasion and day to day use as well. The bottle is very minimalist and extremely classy in my opinion.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆: Take the aftershave on the palm of one of your hands. Apply it similar to how you would apply a cream because the consistency is quite similar.
