PLOT TWIST: This challenge is NOT about jumping in full force. The point is NOT to overwhelm you with tons of changes at once! That’s not how you create routines you can MAINTAIN...the key is CONSISTENCY and that is built over time. This course is created to help you incorporate SUSTAINABLE changes into your life. We will work together to slowly build healthier habits into your days.
After 8 weeks, you’ll feel CONFIDENT in yourself and your ability to keep promises to yourself. You’ll feel your best + be ready to KEEP GOING with the support of our community and me as your coach.
