-Chopeed fresh herbs

Whisk the eggs and mix with other ingredients.

Halloumi cheese is high in sodium,calories and saturated fat so try not to eat very often.
Healthy portion size of halloumi is about 80 g.

Try to eat moderate amounts of low fat cheeses.

You could be feeling more tired than usual and feel the need to sleep for longer,or you might be struggling to get to sleep all together.

3.	You’re getting more headaches
Some physical symptoms, such as headaches and nausea, can indicate signs of anxiety. Other symptoms can include upset stomach, poor concentration and other gastrointestinal issues.

4.	You’re feeling more tired than usual.
Although you may not be as busy as you normally would be, it’s likely that you could be feeling more tired than usual at the moment. Many people are currently struggling with feelings of fatigue – especially as we’ve been operating in a heightened state and running on adrenaline since the pandemic began.

5.	A lack of motivation

Today is my youngest 4th Birthday (edit: there is 4yrs between these photo❤️) so I thought this would be the perfect time to reflect on my fitness journey ❤️ I still have cellulite, I still have loose skin on my stomach, I still have the c-section pouch. It’s taken about 3 of these 4 years to be able to say to myself IT IS OK! it’s normal, all bodies and journeys are different. I no longer compare, or get down on myself looking at others transformations, instead I’m happy for these women/men who have actively changed their habits and worked hard towards their goals. I’ve learnt so much about fitness & nutrition, I’ve built habits, consistency and discipline (thanks @sweat app!) I’ve learnt to listen to my body, rest when I need to, push myself when I need to, I understand it is ok if you miss a workout (or a few!) ITS OK. I’ve stopped saying “I’m giving up chocolate” and binge eating. I still over eat at times but punishment does not follow, I simply carry on eating whole nutritious foods. I won’t start again on Monday! My biggest transformation is my mentally, there’s no doubt about it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ive been working out since 10th grade and it's been a pretty long journey full of experiences with various sports, gyms, walking ( joggers parking bandra), cycling, dancing classes , roller skating at YMCA.. All exercises and sport activities work but you should choose an exercise routine or a sport that u enjoy, will stick to and that works for YOU. 
Some health tips that I picked up during my workout journey ..
Very important-
Change your exercise routine for each week.. Day 1 Do aerobics /jogging /brisk walking/skipping
Combine upper body and abs. pilates and  weights (anaerobic activity)

Day 2 Do aerobics /jogging /brisk walking/skipping
Combine Lower body and abs on the 2nd day . Pilates and weights ( anaerobic activity ) 
Day 3 Do aerobics /jogging /brisk walking/skipping
then only abs with higher number of sets.
And then REPEAT for next 3 days the same routines of day 1, day 2 and day 3

Keep the 7th day free with No special  exercise and  keep it for recovery period for the body.

A rule in general to follow is do some minimal Aerobics /jogging/skipping/ brisk walking either before or after ur work out depends on previous day activity, general routine and meal consumption.
The idea with pilates and weight training is  build muscle, and loose fat and gain stamina, have better blood circulation and optimum use of oxygen for the lungs and  heart through an elevated aerobic activity for at least 20 mins minimum.

Sometimes alternate between walking / jogging on the spot/skipping... this is because every exercise or sport uses different muscles. 
When we do physical  activity it's not only physical but it's also mental especially while training with weights or doing pilates as we concentrate on each muscle working that's how we get the "burning" sensation.

Equally important is to "Eat well and Exercise well."

A rule in general to follow is do some minimal Aerobics /jogging/skipping/ brisk walking either before or after ur work out depends on previous day activity, general routine and meal consumption. The idea with pilates and weight training is build muscle, and loose fat and gain stamina, have better blood circulation and optimum use of oxygen for the lungs and heart through an elevated aerobic activity for at least 20 mins minimum. Sometimes alternate between walking / jogging on the spot/skipping... this is because every exercise or sport uses different muscles. When we do physical activity it's not only physical but it's also mental especially while training with weights or doing pilates as we concentrate on each muscle working that's how we get the "burning" sensation.
