𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲! 🌱🥭🥒⁣

Nothing fancy here, just fresh goodness full of micronutrients. ⁣
⁣
How many different fruits and vegetables have you eaten this week? Here are my top tips to add more vegetables into every day.⁣
⁣
1. Start your day with a green smoothie / Juice. Top prep tip - chop and portion out the mix of fruits / veggies and then pop them in the fridge/ freezer. All you have to do is wake up and whizz it up in a juicer / blender. ⁣
2. Have fruit and veggies in the house to snack on, chop them so they are ready to eat! ⁣
3. Liven up your salads. Salads can be boring AF or they can be full of exciting flavours and colour. Eat the RAINBOW. 🌈 Add fruit to salads, my favourite combination right now is mango, cucumber and cashews. ⁣
4. When your feeling motivated to prep a meal, always make 2 or more of them. Then you know you have a meal full of veggies for the next day too. ⁣
5. Variety is the spice of life, keep it varied, not only will you not get bored of what your eating but this will ensure you are getting a broad mix of vitamins and minerals. ⁣
6. Create funky dips using veggies. Red pepper Hummus, sweet potato and butter bean. Endless possibilities! ⁣
7. Smoothie bowls! Frozen fruit topped with fresh fruit, the dream! And it’s easy to sneak some greens in and not even taste them. They make a great breakfast or desert. ⁣
8. Make veggie burgers. (Lots of recipes to share.)⁣
9. Use veggies instead of rice, noodles and pasta. Cauliflower = rice ⁣
Courgette or carrot = noodles or spaghetti.⁣
10. Add lots of vegetables to any sauce you make, tomato based or curries, you can always add more in. ⁣

1. I ❤️ FOOD. I feel so passionately about fueling your body with wholesome goodness, enjoying real food and nourishing your body as a form of self-care. After years of fad diets in my teens and early twenties, I have a much healthier relationship with food and live a balanced lifestyle, enjoying every bite! I love to try food from different cultures and countries all around the world.⁣
2.  I want to inspire and help people in all areas of health, fitness, and nutrition and am currently coaching clients to achieve thier goals. Nutrition is just one peice of the puzzle but it’s a big one! ⁣
3. During lockdown I completed an evidence based nutrition course for health and performance. I have lots of valuable information to share that may help others and plan to keep educating myself. ⁣
4. Cooking is a real passion of mine outside of the studio! Last year I started a plant based meal prep company and used to cycle around Berlin with a trailer delivering food, it wasn’t scalable and I wasn’t able to continue with it but it taught me so much and I plan to share all of my delicious recipes with you.⁣
4. I have collaborated with @jessieefrances on 3 brunch events. Hopefully we will do that again soon, bringing people together through movement and good food is the dream. ⁣

- spinach - 1.5 cups pressed
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt - 3 tbsp grated Ginger - 1/2 of a Frozen banana - 1 tbsp honey 
Blend everything in a smoothie maker or blender. Pour it in a bowl and add some granola, banana and orange slices or whatever toppings u want to add. Enjoy

* Half cup maple syrup or honey
* 1 egg at room temperature
* 1/3 cup fresh juiced orange
* 1 tablespoon orange zest
* 1 1/2 cups almond flour or brown flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* A pinch of salt
* Add a drop of almond extract for extra flavor

For the Icing:
* 1/2 cup powdered sugar or coconut sugar

Rear Delt / Upper Back Circle Combo:
- This is a great exercise to help strengthen the muscles of the Rear Delt (Back portion of your shoulders) & Upper back muscles. - These areas are commonly very weak for a majority of people.
- Stregthening these areas will help keep your shoulders healthy & improve posture. - Begin by performing reverse circles, while keeping your arms relatively parallel to the ground.
- Next slowly transition from a "T" position to a "W" position. Pause for a sec. in each position.
- Be sure to use a very controlled tempo throughout.
- I used a bottle of water in each hand, but you can start with bodyweight, then progress to adding resistance with anything you can find at home. - 8 - 20 circles & 8 - 20 T - W's works great.

Cooked quinoa on a bed of kale 🥬 topped with some tomato 🍅 and sweet bell pepper 🌶 salsa with some caramelized plantains😋 🌱. Also fruits for breakfast are essential so we had some mango and banana slices topped with some chia seeds for some added nutrition. .

Ingredients
* 3 cups old fashioned oats
* 1 cup shredded coconut
* 1 cup sliced almonds
* 3 tbsp honey or real maple syrup
* 1/4 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 cup dried cranberries or other dried fruit
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 350F.
* Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
* Combine the oats, shredded coconut, and almonds in a large bowl.
* In a small bowl, combine the honey, brown sugar, oil, cinnamon, and salt.
* Microwave on high heat for 30 seconds. Stir to combine.
* Add honey mixture to the oat mixture and stir to combine. You may need to use your hands to evenly distribute.
* Spread on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or golden brown, stirring every 7 to 8 minutes.
* Let the granola cool completely, stirring
