There is so much research that shows practising gratitude just before bed can result in a better nights sleep. 🤔This is because the more you acknowledge what you have to be grateful for, the more positive thoughts you have to reflect on. 😴 It’s these positive thoughts that help soothe your nervous system and help create a better nights sleep. 💖I don’t know about you, but if there’s anything that can make me sleep better, deeper, longer I’m totally on board.
