Fyi if you order @glowrecipe
products from their website (instead of Sephora) you can use our affiliate code BEAUTYCULT to save 15%! In case you aren't familiar, Glow Recipe makes fruit powered (Watermelon, Pineapple, Avocado, Banana and Blueberry) skincare. You've probably at least heard of their Watermelon Glow Ultra-Fine Mist which cleared my skin, rejuvenated my health, snatched my wig, inspired me to get better grades, watered my crops and added 50 years to my life. Okay that's an exaggeration but only slightly.
Their products are vegetarian, cruelty-free, and free of the following: Parabens, SLS + SLES, Phthalates, Mineral Oil, Formaldehyde, PEGS, Plastic Microbeads, Artificial Colorants, more than 0.5% of Synthetic Fragrance etc. They have a focus on sustainability, using glass packaging when possible (except when it's a safety concern). Their jars are made with 20% recycled glass, 100% recyclable and designed to be repurposed. They suggest upcycling them to store Q-tips, tweezers, or even some pretty flowers to brighten up your medicine cabinet. Also their cartons are made with a blend of PEFC-certified recycled paper, that's free of acids and heavy metals.
On to the new product! The Watermelon Glow Lip Pop is a three-in-one scrub-to-balm that smooths, hydrates, and tints lips in a universal pop of pink. .
👉🏼Watermelon Extract: Hydrates, delivers essential vitamins, and soothes
👉🏼Coconut: Coconut flower sugar hydrates and provides physical exfoliation to gently remove dead skin, while coconut oil moisturizes and prevents further dryness and flaking
👉🏼Flower-Derived AHA: Extracts derived from hibiscus, wild pansy, and hawthorn that gently smooth, soften, and hydrate lips
I love their watermelon line and the Lip Pop is a great addition! It's exactly what my lips need during the cold, winter months and the scent reminds me of summer! Do you guys have any product recommendations from Glow Recipe?? I've only tried products from the watermelon line and I need to branch out!
